My clients grow toward more choice with respect to food and their bodies. I guide them away from a punitive, rigid, external-focused approach to feeding themselves. Through experiments and observation, they discover how to feed themselves intuitively. An integral part of my work with those struggling with their weight is the Health At Every Size philosophy. To find out more about this approach you might want to read some of the articles here.
